The app accompanies the training. It does not replace attending the training and does not issue a certification.
Your learning progress is stored on your device alone. You create a backup yourself with “Back up progress”.
The contents are protected by copyright and intended for the participants of the training.

Rights of use and copyright

The contents of the SEM Academy are protected by copyright. This includes the app with articles, questions, practice rounds and Challenges, the book “SEM: Thinking Under Pressure”, the course packs, the slides and the exam materials. The rights belong to IKAR Solutions OÜ; the author is Ingo Konrad Dentz.

Participants may use the contents for their own course work. They may print and fill in the templates of the course packs for this purpose.
Instructors may use the contents to conduct the courses for which they hold a license from IKAR Solutions OÜ.
Passing on, reproduction and publication, including in part, are permitted only with the written approval of IKAR Solutions OÜ. This also applies to feeding the contents into public or third-party databases and into AI services for training.
Exam cases are confidential. They are intended only for the person to whom they were issued and may be neither passed on nor published.
